Upon verbal confirmation & receipt of any requested Confirmation Details we will e-mail your Confirmation/Rental Agreement within 2 weeks of your booking and send your "Niagara Falls Guest House Welcome Packet" via postal mail no later than 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy

We take a 25% deposit and 10% Non Refundable Deposit will be returned with 60 days notice. 10% Non Refundable held as credit towards future booking. Less than 60 days notice MAY result in full charges with credit towards next available dates.

Damage and Security

Our homes are well built spacious and generally easy to maintain - user friendly. You will not be charged for damage caused by normal wear and tear provided you contact us so we can remedy the problem for our next guests. However, should we find unreported damage we feel to be malicious or careless you will be charged on your credit card.
